UPDATE 2/3/2015 11:54am :: Production Banner is up and available. Some users loging in to BEIS via CAS may be prompted to enter their BANNER / ORACLE password. Please user your Banner/Oracle password and not your PID Password. This is most likely occurring due to lingering sync issues from the outage earlier.
UPDATE 2/3/2015 10:43am :: my.vt.edu is still experiencing issues.
Per DBAA:Banner services should now be available. If problems still exist please check with 4-Help or open a TD ticket with DBAA as needed. Thanks for your patience during this outage.
UPDATE 2/3/2015 10:32am :: Networking issues seem to be resolved. Banner services are now being restarted. You will not be able to log in to Banner until all services are restarted and online. Will update as we get more information.
We are experiencing a number of network issues this morning. 4Help and the NOC are aware, and are working to identify and resolve the problems.
We currently do not have an estimated time of resolution, but will email any updates to this listserv as we get them.
